And those reactions are based on the perceptions and the reality that our Hurt, our Anger, our Loneliness, our Fears and Frustration create for us.&nbsp;&nbsp;We attack, we blame, we rush, we may even get physical.&nbsp; The situation may be manageable, but the reality does not match THIS perception, THIS reality that our </font><strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font></strong><font color="#2a2a2a"> state of mind is telling us.</font><font color="#2a2a2a"><br />&nbsp;<br />And this is very serious!&nbsp; Think about it, if you acted on these distorted perceptions, what would be the outcome? &nbsp;Not good huh? &nbsp;Factor in that when we are <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>we are typically less likely to accept anyone else&rsquo;s reasoning that isn&rsquo;t consistent with our assumptions, and I would be worried for you and the person that is on the receiving end of these reactions.&nbsp;</font><br /><font size="2">&nbsp;</font><br /><font color="#2a2a2a">Bottom line, if we do not learn to identify these emotions and use the <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#4caac9">Stay</font><font color="#dab844">WHOLE</font></strong><span style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)">&nbsp;</span>tools to alter our approach, our reactions can ultimately lead to damaged relationships, lost productivity, decreased joy in activities.&nbsp; Basically, we will be moving the wheel of a continuous pattern of <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>emotions and <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>reactions.&nbsp;</font><br /><font size="2">&nbsp;</font><br /><font color="#2a2a2a">So that&rsquo;s what <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>can do for you!&nbsp; Understanding what <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>is, what the acronym represents, and what the dangers are of reacting when <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>is so important to helping you stop the wheel from moving.&nbsp; When we are incomplete, we need to learn to NOT REACT.&nbsp; This is when, instead of reacting, we take inventory of how we feel.&nbsp; So keeping the visual of <strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">HALF</font><font color="#2a2a2a">&nbsp;</font></strong>as an acronym will help slow your mind down and prevent a reaction.&nbsp; Because instead of react, you will think &ldquo;Wait!&nbsp; Why do I feel like this?&nbsp; Why do I feel so intense, so angry, so sad, etc etc.&rdquo;&nbsp; Then you will look at what is causing our behavior and start to break it down to see if you find elements of Hurt, Anger, Loneliness, Fear or Frustration.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;<br />Then, instead of reacting, you will be in a better place to start the process of finding the right&nbsp;<strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#4caac9">Stay</font><font color="#dab844">WHOLE</font></strong><span style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)">&nbsp;</span>tools to move yourself towards a </font><strong style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)"><font color="#dab844">WHOLE&nbsp;</font></strong><font color="#2a2a2a">state of mind and respond to what is in front of us.&nbsp;
